Dr. Rahimi earned his Doctorate of Osteopathy in June of 1993, from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences, College of Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa. After graduation, Dr. Rahimi completed his residency at Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan, Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan in 1997, with a specialty in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Rahimi established his own practice, founding Rahimi Rehab + Pain Center in 1998. As founder and Medical Director of the Rahimi Rehab + Pain Center, Dr. Rahimi oversees its experienced practitioners and Physiatrist.
Dr. Ramin Rahimi is a board-certified physician in physical medicine and rehabilitation. He is dual board certified by the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation as well as the American osteopathic Board of Rehabilitation Medicine. Dr. Rahimi received certification from the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners as a Certified Independent Medical Examiner in the year 2000. He received further certification in pain management from the American Academy of Pain Management in 2003, and is an associate member of the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine.
