Cancellation Policy

There is a $50 no show fee for all appointments (except EMG and injections) not cancelled 24 hours in advance.

There is a $100 no show fee for an EMG and any injection appointments not cancelled 24 hours in advance.

Two no showed appointments will be cause for discharge.

If you are unable to make your appointment, it is your responsibility to call our office to cancel/reschedule the appointment.
